A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Where do you offer service?

I’m based in Hope, BC. Computer drop-off and pickup are by appointment. Remote support is available where suitable, and onsite work is by arrangement. Please get in touch before visiting.

Can you work with parts I already own?

Yes. Tell me what you have and what you want to do. We’ll check compatibility and condition before deciding what to reuse or replace.

What’s included in a PC build price?

The advertised $50 starting price is assembly and testing labour, not a complete PC. Parts, software and additional work are quoted separately. Custom designs and complete installations receive an individual quote.

Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong?

No. Describe what you’re noticing and when it happens. Diagnostics start at $35, credited toward an approved repair. Repair and support labour starts at $50 per hour.

Can you help my small business get online?

Yes. One-page websites start at $500, and small-business sites of up to five pages start at $900. Content, features and ongoing care are agreed in your quote. Branding and design can be added to the project.
